About this project

The project consists of the development of a residential compound comprising a total of ninety (90) townhouses in addition to one (1) standalone villa. The townhouses include sixty-eight (68) three-bedroom units, each with a built-up area of approximately 195 m² on a plot area of about 240 m², and twenty-two (22) four-bedroom units, each with a built-up area of approximately 255 m² on a plot area
