About This Project

Yas Acres The Orchids is planned as Aldar’s next mid-end residential community on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The masterplan proposes 172 units with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 42,162 sqm. The intent is to create a neighborhood that blends exclusivity, sustainability and family-oriented living.
